With one foot in her adopted country of America and one foot in her native country of Denmark, Ane understands what brands need in the US and abroad like no other. She has nearly 2 decades of medical advertising experience managing US as well as global launches. Ane has worked with brands at every level and stage of development—from OTC to high-science, from crafting strategy at the early clinical trial stage to managing mature brands late in their life cycle.
Ane's luminous roster of experience includes blockbuster brands like Zometa, Rituxan, Bayer Aspirin, and many more. During her time working with Aventis Oncology's blockbuster chemotherapy brand Taxotere, Ane served as the brand's steward, ensuring alignment across Omnicom advertising, medical education, and PR communications worldwide. At Biolumina, Ane oversees all the agency's brands, leading talented teams to develop great strategy and brilliant creative work.
With five children ranging in age from 4 to 15 at home—and the recent addition of puppy Milo—Ane's home life is a whirlwind of activity. She brings as much passion and energy to her time outside the workplace as to her time in it—a quality her clients and her family all love.

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of medical advertising, Kyle Grazia has brought his artistic vision to a vast array of brands and therapeutic categories. Kyle's expertise spans both US and global brands; he has won award after award from his peers for the creative brilliance of his campaigns.
As Biolumina's creative director of art, Kyle ensures that the agency's creative output meets the highest standard of excellence. To that role, he brings expertise in a wide variety of therapeutic categories, including cardiovascular disease, neurology, oncology, and many more.
A lover of the outdoors, Kyle enjoys wakeboarding, waterskiing, and snowboarding. He has also participated 5 times in the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge, a 192-mile bike-a-thon to raise funds for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute—just another way in which Kyle shows his love of life and helping others.

Experienced in leading teams in the development of award-winning and market-moving work, Diane provides creative direction that is scientifically grounded and in touch with the emotional needs of the target audience. Her therapeutic category experience includes oncology, immunology, interventional cardiology, nephrology, and neurology.
With a scientific background that includes a master's degree in biology, and creative intuition and branding experience, Diane brings great depth of insight and understanding to the development of persuasive and powerful healthcare communications.

For Markus, the new and the challenging are a way of life. When, more than 20 years ago, he was given just 2 weeks to master a new Macintosh computer, Markus rose to the challenge—and he has been helping agencies evolve the latest forms of communication ever since. Markus is always seeking the next great digital solution for the benefit of specialty brands.
At Biolumina, Markus oversees digital and interactive strategy and ensures that interactivity is fully integrated into the agency DNA. His thoughtful approach combines beautiful design with technologically sound execution, both grounded in more than 2 decades of industry experience. Markus has applied his passion for the interactive approach on oncology brands from Halaven to Avastin and beyond. Although Markus is immersed in a digital world, he doesn't forget the joys of a more low-tech experience. Whether he's hiking, climbing, cycling, or simply gardening, Markus can't get enough of spending time in nature.
